TCWA appreciates the importance the Internet plays in the life of an international student. As well as keeping in touch with family and friends back home, students also use the institute’s computer labs for assignments and research purposes. Now with computer terminals available for students, TCWA’s IT Lab is an area of the institute that will continue to grow on a regular basis as it is an important part of the students’ daily lives.
Another area of our institute is the fully equipped iMAC Lab the most of ‘hands on experience’, practical experience that is required by future employers. Suitable class sizes for optimum student interaction. This specialist area has been designed to create the ideal environment for maximizing learning so the students can make are kept to a minimum, ensuring every student receives individual attention from their trainer.
All classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and are equipped with state-of-the-art projectors and digital white boards. No food or drinks are permitted in any classroom at any time. Food and drink may be consumed in the student common room.
While the trainers are the backbone of any educational institution, exemplary training methods are fundamental to the success of educational outcomes at any level. At TCWA we believe in utilizing a mix of traditional and innovative training methods in order to engage both, the trainers and students in the learning process.
The College is located at 113 Wharf St Cannington, Perth. The College is close to Cannington Railway station. Many public bus services depart from Albany Highway, very close to the institute. However, most people in Perth travel by Train. The suburban central location of the institute means that students will be able to live in the immediate area of the college and walk to and from college. Trains run regularly throughout peak hours.
You may wish to find accommodation in a house or flat. It is quite common for young people in Australia to live in shared accommodation with their friends. In Perth the cost of shared accommodation varies between $150 and $300. You may be able to pay less if you share your apartment with a number of people, but many people will not find this comfortable.
